Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after submission. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days, as we are only a family run business. Please allow for additional days, in transit, for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, you will be notified through email or by phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are as follows:

Delivery for continental United States addresses only. Shipping is by standard ground shipping, depending on weight it could take up to three weeks for delivery. Most shipments should be received within 3-5 days after processing. Delivery delays can occur.

Local Pickup

We do not do local delivery, pickup in Old Town Spring only.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Teacher Creature Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Upon receipt of broken items, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of damaged items and we will refund the purchase price of the item(s). We will only refund shipping costs if all items in the shipment are broken or damaged.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
